WHO'S THE BEST RAPPER BETWEEN KANYE WEST & JAY Z? Since I'm the one asking the question i shouldn't give an answer but I'm gone start off by saying I think that KANYE is THE BEST between the two. I agree. Kanye ahds down. He speaks on more and he raps from the heart. I dont hate Jay-Z. I just don't respect the things he raps about. I admire his ambition and struggle but where his goal and objective are in life, I feel it's more to that.
